With the continued global growth of our brands, you will play an integral role in enhancing the overall guest experience by delivering exceptional hair services and going beyond daily operations to create personalized and memorable moments for our guests. As a Hair Stylist, you will provide a full range of professional hair services while ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and luxury salon experience. You will consult with guests to understand their needs, recommend suitable styles and treatments, and maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene, and presentation.

 

You will also contribute to driving service excellence and guest satisfaction by building strong client relationships, promoting salon services and products, and ensuring consistency in service delivery. Maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and alignment with the company’s core values will be essential in elevating the overall guest experience.

 

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Provide a full range of professional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, blow-drying, and specialized treatments in line with brand standards 
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to understand preferences, hair type, and lifestyle, and recommend suitable styles and treatments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized, luxury, and memorable guest experience 
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations at all times 
  • Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, products, and industry best practices 
  • Promote, recommend, and upsell salon services, treatments, and retail products to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring guest satisfaction and repeat business 
  • Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and minimal waiting time 
  • Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring effective and timely resolution 
  • Support marketing initiatives such as promotions, packages, and special events when required 
  • Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages 
  • Ensure proper use and care of salon tools, equipment, and products 
  • Adhere to brand grooming standards, policies, and procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, professional, and high-performing work environment 
  • Maintain accurate client records, including services performed and product recommendations 
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

 

A suitable candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment. We are seeking a skilled, talented, creative, and passionate Hair Stylist who can deliver exceptional hair care services while providing outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate should be service-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to maintaining high professional and hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid Hairdressing or Cosmetology Certificate or Diploma, with proven experience as a professional hairdresser and strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling. They should demonstrate excellent personal presentation, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a service-driven approach focused on delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards.

 

The candidate must be confident in client engagement, including recommending and upselling salon services and retail products. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and service recovery are essential. They should be professional, reliable, team players, and flexible in availability. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages will be considered an advantage.
