About The Role
As Head Captain at FZN by Björn Frantzén, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager by providing hands-on support in order to ensure that the highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to our guests, whilst delivering an exceptional standard of service. You will drive the training needs based on the restaurant sequence of service in relation to the brand standard and have flawless understanding of guest needs and expectations. The Head Captain will provide specialist advice to guests and demonstrate a deep knowledge of restaurant’s food and beverage items.
About You
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in hospitality with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Captain or Supervisor role with a proven track record of working within a Michelin star/s restaurant. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, have experience of working within a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure.
