About The Role
- Always demonstrate customer focus and sincere appreciation for the guest experience.
- Provide excellent patient / customer service with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.
- Being Brand Ambassador, communicating features and benefits of our treatments / programs / products beyond the basics to appeal to the customer’s needs, and generate sales.
- Maintain prominent level of professional standards.
- Ensure that all wellbeing therapists are fully trained in treatments, tasks, and by Clinique La Prairie service standards.
- Makes sure that all wellbeing therapist adhered to treatment procedures and sequence of services.
- Provide a clean and safe environment within the wellness center in line with standard documentation, sequence of services, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) etc., thus adhering to UAE regulations.
- Ensure all therapists comply with Clinique La Prairie training path. Keep practitioners’ files up to date.
- Responsible for guaranteeing that guest journeys are always of a high standard, and to promote our treatments, membership, and wellbeing programs at every opportunity.
- Perform diverse types of medical wellbeing massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies, depending on guests' needs and preferences.
- Enquires about guest’s medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.
- Sustain proactive communication with guests during the treatment to personalize and adjust techniques as required.
- Leads with the example, clean and sanitize work areas, changing treatment room sheets, and sterilize all instruments and equipment after each use.
- Ensure treatment rooms are immaculately maintained linen, terry, and any equipment in the treatment room.
- Carry out and monitor treatments where necessary thus ensuring the treatments are to the required standard, ensure specific treatments are adhered to standard guidelines.
- Keeps Wellbeing treatment costing and Menu Matrix up to date. Responsible along with the Wellbeing Manager for keeping the "Cost of sales" expense line aligned to budget.
- Keep appropriate par stock on all inventory’s goods. Maintain and order wellbeing supplies and equipment promptly and efficiently while minimizing waste.
- Perform necessary action to achieve retail sales targets through personal prescriptions and consultations. Constant training in product knowledge and working closely with our partners to create incentive programs that help achieve results.
- To undertake health and beauty demonstrations and promotions as required.
- Promptly liaise with maintenance, vendors, and management to resolve any building or equipment issues.
- Conduct daily operational checks to be completed as follows- treatment rooms, preparation rooms, storage rooms etc. to be checked and fully compliant, to be recorded, signed, and filled for future inspections
About You
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- International experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
