About The Role
As the leader of the therapist team, you play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the wellness centre. You lead the team of wellbeing therapists and create a culture of care and service excellence among your team members. You are a key ambassador of One&Only One Zaabeel family who offers the most advanced health programs, within a luxury Medi-clinic environment. Our commitment is to help and inspire our clients to live a healthier, longer, and fuller life.
About You
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Therapist in a clinical/medical wellbeing structure, preferably with experience as a Lead Therapist. You should have a license eligible in your practicing jurisdiction and be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent BTEC, BABTEC, CIDESCO, or body therapy NVQ Level IV. Solution oriented agility and strong capacity to convince and inspire those around you are essential qualifications for the successful candidate. Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, Spanish, German or Mandarin are advantageous.
