About the role
We are seeking an exceptional and highly personalized service professional to join One and Only One Zaabeel as a Host, delivering a truly bespoke and anticipatory guest experience. This role goes beyond traditional guest relations, acting as a dedicated point of contact and personal assistant, ensuring every aspect of the guest journey is seamlessly curated and memorable.
As a Host, you will be responsible for managing the guest experience from arrival through to departure, building strong relationships and tailoring each stay based on individual preferences. You will coordinate all guest requests, from reservations and in-room services to personalized experiences such as unpacking, itinerary planning, and special occasion arrangements. Attention to detail is critical, with a focus on anticipating needs and creating meaningful, unexpected moments that elevate the stay.
You will work closely with all departments to ensure flawless execution of guest services, maintaining clear communication and ensuring all preferences and requests are accurately captured and executed. A key part of the role is being present and engaged, interacting with guests daily to ensure satisfaction, resolve any concerns, and continuously enhance their experience.
About you
Minimum 2 years experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Office
Well presented, confident, and highly service driven
