About the Role
As a Hostess at Aelia, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure smooth guest flow within the venue. Working closely with the restaurant team, you will deliver exceptional service, maintain high presentation standards, and contribute to providing a memorable dining experience for every guest.
About You
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused hospitality professional with previous experience in a Hostess, Guest Relations, or Front-of-House role within a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and a genuine passion for guest service. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, remain composed under pressure, and enjoy building positive relationships with guests while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are maintained.
