About the Role
As a Human Resources Executive, you will support the HR Manager by handling essential administrative, operational, and colleague-facing tasks. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure smooth administration of SAP Workforce & Civil Soft systems
- Manage HR reception and assist colleagues with daily requests
- Maintain accurate colleague personal files and passport records
- Support colleague onboarding and prepare all required documentation
- Assist with exits, including travel arrangements and clearance processes
- Handle HR petty cash, expense reports, stationery orders, and invoice processing
- Prepare HR letters (NOCs, bank letters, tenancy confirmations, service letters)
- Manage ID card issuance for colleagues and contractors
- Support colleagues with bank account openings & ATM card issuance
- Conduct regular passport audits and maintain accurate tracking logs
- Coordinate closely with Payroll to ensure timely submission of new joiner forms
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of experience in an administrative role
- 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, ideally within a 5-star hotel
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Oracle HRMS is a strong plus
- Professional, well-groomed, ethical, and discreet
- Excellent communication skills — a second language is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
