About The Role
The Butler will anticipate as well as collect all data pertaining to guest preference and needs throughout their stay. The butler will ensure the suite is prepared and ready as per guest requirements prior to arrival as well as greet the guest at the Porte Cochere, extending a warm and personalized welcome and escort the guest directly to the suite. The butler will welcome guest in the lobby area and assist with anything they might need during itneraction. Involvement with some F&B elements of the role would be required as well.
About You
You have a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality management or a related field with a minimum of 1 year in F&B service experience and strong team playing skills, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, a positive attitude, with a strong command of English, being a strategic thinker with a creative flair.
