About The Role
As a Manager, Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for implementing the overall strategy of the F&B department in planning and managing the daily operation including, but not limited, to staffing, financial, marketing initiatives, product innovation, implementing new concepts, and departmental KPI’s. The primary goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction, employee engagement, innovation, and ensuring the continued development of our restaurant brands.
The successful candidate will oversee and manage part Food and Beverage operation in collaboration with the Director, Food & Beverage and Vice President, Food and Beverage. In addition to this, you will assist the Restaurant General Managers to manage P&Ls, staff recruitment and create an Extraordinary guest experience. In this exciting role, you will also be responsible for maximizing food and beverage sales by identifying and targeting sales opportunities through marketing including promotions and special activations.
About You
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel with direct P&L responsibilities, with a focus on large scale restarants, buffet restaurants and outdoor venues. Pre-opening experience, and a proven track record managing multiple restaurants are also preferred. In addition to this, you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to interface effectively with all levels of management. In this senior role, you will have the natural ability to effectively influence through knowledge, relationship management, and trust.
