About the Role:

The purpose of this position is to manage the daily activities, reporting, training and operations of the Guest Services operations and colleagues. With experience in a high-quality luxury boutique hotel/resort, the Director of Front Of House will lead front office and Wellness Concierge in offering the highest level of customer service. Supports all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Support the tracking and resolution of service issues.

Should present a lively personality to engage with guests and colleagues, always keeping the spirit of a healthy work environment.

 

About You:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience working in a luxury or boutique hotel in a similar position. Proficiency in hospitality revenue management, guest services, and team development is essential. Previous experience in guest service and reservations is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with fluency in both verbal and written English; Arabic proficiency will be considered an advantage. Excellent computer and typing skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera. Additionally, exceptional listening and comprehension skills are a must
