Job Summary
The Manager Global Employer Brandi is responsible for developing and executing an employer brand strategy that attracts, engages, and retains top talent across our organization. This role positions Kerzner as an employer of choice, ensuring a consistent, authentic, and compelling employer value proposition that strengthens employee engagement and advocacy across a global workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Branding & Marketing
- Develop and lead Kerzner’s Employer Brand strategy, translating culture, EVP, and colleague experiences into compelling content.
- Own the employee storytelling narrative, ensuring authenticity, consistency, and emotional connection across all platforms.
- Articulate and evolve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across our brands and resorts globally.
- Curate and oversee employee-generated content (colleague stories, testimonials, day-in-the-life features, behind-the-scenes moments)
- Support HR team with all design related materials and visuals.
Social Media & Community Management
- Develop, launch, and manage Kerzner’s Career Social Media presence across: social channels Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
- Own and evolve our employer brand social media strategy across platforms leading SMO.
- Plan, create, and manage high-impact content including videos, employee stories, campaigns, and social-first activations
- Partner with employees, leaders, and ambassadors to drive authentic advocacy and storytelling
- Act as the community manager for all career channels
- Define platform-specific strategies (short-form video, trends, storytelling formats) while maintaining a premium, on-brand tone.
- Monitor trends, performance, and audience insights to continuously optimize content
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop a content calendar aligned with recruitment cycles, EVP priorities, and cultural moments.
- Develop and update content for the Kerzner Career Website
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, visually compelling content including: Short-form video (Reels, TikTok) Employee interviews and testimonials
Internal Communications & Digital Engagement
- Prepare all internal communication and company wide news.
- Develop and execute a content-first, digitally led internal communications strategy aligned with Kerzner’s vision, values, and business priorities.
- Enhance the company Intranet “IKonnect” by driving adoption, optimising content, and ensuring it serves as a dynamic, engaging platform for colleagues globally in collaboration with local communication champions.
- Work closely with HR and leadership teams to craft engaging internal narratives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across all communication channels.
- Create content for internal communication tools, including digital screens, newsletters, and video content, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
- Lead the creation of compelling, interactive, and visually engaging content (articles, videos, digital campaigns) that brings company initiatives to life.
- Oversee weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc communication pieces, such as: The Newsletter, Kerzner Insider etc.
- Collaborate with the CHRO to define and evolve HR's strategic voice
- Provide training for communication champions globally, ensuring teams maximize the communication platform's potential.
- Track and analyse system usage and engagement, generating insights to enhance the platform's effectiveness.
- Coordinate yearly Resort Awards in collaboration with HR and each function.
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employer branding, employee marketing, ideally in a global environment with diverse workforce.
- Proven success building and scaling social media strategies for employer brand initiatives.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with a social-first mindset
- Experience with content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
