About the Role
The Head of the Hosts is responsible for managing the daily activities, reporting, training, and operations of the Guest Relations Department. The Head of the Hosts is directly in charge of the Guest Relations, Hosts, Lobby Ambassadors, Connectivity Center. The Head of the Hosts will be responsible for Creating Joy for guests through anticipation, creativity, precision, empathy, warmth, tailoring every aspect of the guests stay to exceed their expectations.
About You
The Ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in a front office or guest relations management role within a luxury hotel. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, enabling effective team management and task prioritization. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required to interact with guests and staff at all levels, inspiring the team to create an amazing experience and everlasting memories for the guests. Proficiency in Opera PMS, ALICE, and SAGA is advantageous, as is fluency in English (both oral and written), with additional language skills being a plus. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of relevant regulations and laws pertaining to hotel operations and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
