About the role

 

Do you have a passion for marketing? As a Marketing Manager, F&B, you will develop highly effective marketing strategies to market the restaurants and other activities in line with guidance from the Marketing Director. Implement plans to assist the Food and Beverage operations team in meeting revenue targets using all channels. You will also ensure they are marketed in an innovative and effective way to ensure standout from the competition. Awareness of competitor activity and analysis of such activity will be expected with regular commentary to other departments (VP Food and Beverage and Revenue Management,) to ensure all areas are ahead of the competition in terms of activity. Other duties will include, but will not be limited to managing creative agencies and in-house creative team by providing accurate briefs and guidance, as well as supporting the social media team and optimising restaurants’ pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.

 

About you

 

Ideally, we’d love you to have a degree in marketing, but it's not essential. You must have a minimum of 4 years' marketing experience and strong project management and organisational skills. Knowledge of the restaurant market in Dubai is a must. A creative self-starter and group leader who takes initiative, is not discouraged by challenges, setbacks and change!

 

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

 

  • Must have a minimum of 3-4 years marketing experience and strong project management and organisational skills
  • Must be familiar with the Food and Beverage industry in Dubai and the UAE and have an understanding of the current trends
  • Experience within a fast-paced working environment and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Degree in Marketing is preferred though not essential.
  • Creative self-starter and group leader who takes initiative, is not discouraged by challenges, setbacks and change
  • Strong interpersonal ad communications skills with experience working in an international business environment
