About the Role
We are searching for a passionate professional who can drive revenue management for our Rooms division within our Atlantis the Palm & Atlantis the Royal properties. As a Revenue Manager, you will fully utilize available tools and systems to maximise all revenue streams, and apply all facets of pricing, demand analysis, selling strategies and tactics in accordance with worldwide best practices. You will conduct and implement revenue management strategies throughout the properties to identify all opportunities to find the right price for the right customer, at the right time, with a focus on increasing revenues.
A large part of this role will be developing competitive research and conducting industry benchmarks to provide background information for the entire pricing strategy and ensure available technology (PMS, E-channels, Direct Connect and GDS) is fully utilized and understood according to property specific business mix and requirements. You will ensure optimal use, and measure performance on all distribution channels, to ensure that fair market share is achieved if not surpassed and assist the sales & marketing team in devising marketing campaigns to ensure that the hotel reaches the right people, at the right time, in the right place.
About You
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Revenue managerial role, ideally within a luxury five-star hotel or resort environment. A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred. You will demonstrate strong analytical and commercial acumen, with proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (such as IDeaS), rate shopping tools, and channel management platforms. In addition, you will have a proven ability to coach, motivate, and inspire colleagues to achieve departmental objectives while ensuring high levels of performance and accountability.
