About the role


We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Management professional to oversee the Talent Management lifecycle across Atlantis Dubai for organisational excellence, which will include performance appraisals, talent reviews, succession and career planning, and high potential development for our 5000 colleagues across both Atlantis The Palm, Atlantis The Royal, and Aquaventure Waterpark.


As the Manager, Talent Management, you will also be responsible for implementing Talent Development Programs for all levels of colleagues, including leaders & high potential talent, and be the champion and key supporter of talent mobility, colleague development and retention. Another key aspect of this role will be to act as the internal coach to colleagues, and be an expert on guiding individual development plans, whilst overseeing the performance appraisal process. You will do research on best practices, as well as propose and execute solutions, tools, processes, and metrics that will support our Talent Management Strategy.


About you


The successful Manager, Talent Management candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in talent or leadership development and/or talent management, and have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. You will have experience in designing/implementing talent programs, and have the ability to motivate, coach, and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.


Any experience working with SAP success factors would be highly advantageous, and a certified coaching qualification would be preferred.
