The Marketing & Partnerships Manager plays a key role in shaping how One&Only The Palm is seen, experienced, and remembered. Responsible for translating the resort’s positioning into thoughtful, high-impact campaigns and collaborations, this role ensures that every initiative reflects the resort’s quiet sophistication and distinctive sense of place.

 

Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications, the manager oversees the full spectrum of marketing activities, from strategic planning and creative execution to brand partnerships and media activations. Through purposeful storytelling, curated collaborations, and precise market engagement, the role drives awareness, desirability, and loyalty among the resort’s most discerning audiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the annual marketing and communications plan in alignment with   business goals.
• Lead campaign planning and coordination across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
• Build and manage strategic brand partnerships (luxury brands, tourism entities, airlines, etc.).
• Manage local PR agency relationships and oversee press coverage and influencer activations.
• Coordinate marketing events, media visits, and content collaborations.
• Oversee budget allocation, reporting, and ROI tracking.
• Support the Director in developing brand storytelling and positioning strategies.
• Ensure brand integrity across all guest touchpoints.

 

Ideal Profile:
• 5-7 years’ experience in marketing, PR, or brand partnerships within hospitality or luxury sectors.
• Strong network and understanding of the regional media and influencer landscape.
• Experience managing campaigns, events, and collaborations.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

 

KPIs:
• Campaign reach and performance metrics.
• PR coverage quality and value (AVE, impressions).
• Partnership-driven exposure or revenue.
• Event engagement and ROI
