About the Role
Membership Sales Manager role will be mainly assisting the Fitness Manager in successfully achieving budgeted membership targets through an innovative sales and marketing process as well as improving retention of existing members through the development of an internal program of member events and five-star service standards.
Promoting the overall philosophy and services of working together with our guests and members. Curating a journey dedicated to a guest’s needs, delivering not only rewarding experiences in the short term but also long-lasting, sustainable success to reinforce the reputation and profile of SIRO for providing an immersive lifestyle destination.
About You
Ideally, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Membership / Sales Manager in Hotel or a Fitness club. Strong customer service & administrative competences within the luxury hospitality industry/boutique fitness clubs would be desirable. Skills in managing and processing software such as Mindbody are required.
Possessing the ability to coach and motivate colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, build clientele, monitor productivity goals, and evaluate results as well as find innovative ways to retail merchandising and selection of products. The position requires a flexible schedule (late night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
