About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Minibar Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out daily minibar operations by inspecting and replenishing in-room Refreshment Centers, ensuring they are maintained and presented in accordance with company standards. Duties include checking arrival, departure, and occupied guest rooms, accurately recording and reporting guest consumption to the coordinator, and completing all opening and closing procedures. You will also be expected to comply with all sanitation, health, safety, and ISO standards while delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest levels of quality and guest satisfaction.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar hospitality role, such as a Minibar Attendant, Restaurant Waiter, or Bar Waiter. You are a confident and reliable team player with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Good spoken English, flexibility, punctuality, and a strong commitment to guest service are essential.
