Job Summary
You are a key ambassador of the One&Only One Zaabeel family who offers the most advanced health programs, within a luxury wellness clinic environment. Our commitment is to help and inspire our clients to live a healthier, 
longer, and fuller life.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Always demonstrate customer focus and true appreciation for the guests and members experience.
▪ Provide excellent customer service with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.
▪ Being Brand Ambassador, communicating features and benefits of our membership tiers treatments / 
programs / products beyond the basics to appeal to the guests needs, and ultimately generate sales.
▪ Maintain high level of professional standards.
▪ Creating personalized workout routines to improve guests and members health, by using movement 
diagnosis tools. 
▪ Sustain proactive communication with guests and members during their interaction to personalize and 
adjust techniques as required.
▪ Sustains clear communication with the clinic department to ensure an integral wellbeing experience for all 
our guests and members.
▪ Setting fitness goals and monitoring their client’s progress.
▪ Recommending a nutritionist to give a dietary advice and producing plans to help clients eat healthy meals. 
▪ Instructing guests and members to use gym equipment properly to complete their workout routine.
▪ Provide a clean and safe environment within the movement center in line with standard documentation, 
sequence of services, SOPs etc., thus adhering to UAE regulations.
▪ Complies with One&Only One Za´abeel training path. 
▪ Encourage clients to return by recommending an ongoing treatment program and cross selling other 
business centers in the Longevity Hub.
▪ Ensuring that guests and members are given accurate information about rates, policies and procedures.
▪ When necessary, assisting in keeping accurate written records of sessions and supplies used.
▪ Reports any problem or failure found to ensure that immediate action is taken. Follow up on each report 
submitted proactively.
▪ Seek guests and member’s feedback. Questions and concerns to ensure that issues or complaints are 
escalated to enable long-term improvements in the products and services, to foster long lasting connections 
and guest loyalty.
▪ Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by management. 
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements 
▪ Ability to provide excellent customer service to accommodate client needs.
▪ Ability to work flexible schedule to work with their clients.
▪ Excellent knowledge of how to use gym equipment, properly and train guests and members accordingly.

▪ Highschool diploma or GED
▪ 3-5 years of experience as personal trainer in the Luxury hospitality
▪ Level 2 certificate in GYM instructing and the level 3 diploma in personal training.
▪ First AID and CPR/AED certification
▪ Strong communication skills 
▪ Strong customer service skills
▪ Be familiar with the latest trends in the industry.
▪ Basic understanding of nutrition, performance, and healthy eating. 
▪ Good communication skills verbal and writing. 
▪ Excellent presentation 
▪ Ability to work with people across different cultures and nationalities.
▪ Strong ability to work in a team and outstanding network communication as well as a confident appearance.
