About the Role

 

We are seeking an experienced Officer, Income Audit to join our team. As Officer, Income Audit, you will be responsible for auditing all Revenue transactions for accuracy and ensuring the Opera System and all interfaces align. You will check that room rates are posted correctly and ensure the authenticity of payouts, rebates, and discounts are verified and carried out in accordance with local policies and procedures. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless and efficient finance operations while upholding the highest standards of guest satisfaction. 

 

About You

 

The perfect candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in income auditing within the luxury hotel industry. You should have an advanced understanding of financial standards, SOP’s, and Chart of Accounts and possess excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving business challenges. Knowledge of Opera and Symphony Systems and a strong understanding of General Ledger and COA will be an advantage.
