About The Role

 

As a Reception Manager at Hakkasan, you will be a key representative of the venue. Responsible for building and developing relationships with guests staying in the resort, local Dubai residents, and regular guests to drive customer loyalty and maximize revenues. The Reception Manager will be responsible for key elements of the guest journey from booking generation to creating that perfect first impression upon guests’ arrival, supporting the Food and Beverage Team to create an amazing experience ahead of a guest’s departure.  In addition to the above the Reception Manager should manage, train, and guide the Head Hostess and Hostess team to deliver excellence and maintain exceptional standards or presentation and conduct in reflection of standards in both Atlantis the Palm and the outlet they represent. Reception Manager will own the guest database and work with the F&B sales team to capture sales and coordinate group bookings as well as manage the bookings platform in coordination with the outlet management to ensure business is maximized in the short, mid, and long term. 


About You


Ideally, we’d love you to have a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience within Hospitality with at least 2 years’ experience in a manager level role within a luxury hotel or restaurant. International exposure is also preferred for this role together with excellent communication skills, ideally with fluency in one of the following Languages, Russian, French, German, Italian or Arabic.
