About the role

 

We are on the lookout for a Restaurant Performance Optimisation Assistant Manager, to join the Revenue team at Atlantis Dubai, who will be responsible for overseeing and optimising restaurant inventory, based on seasonality, demand and strategies defined by the revenue and F&B teams. The successful candidate will have a background working within F&B, and have a passion for Revenue Management, and be looking to move into an exciting new challenge, and be capable of working within deadlines and understand the dynamics of each restaurant including the customer profile, booking patterns and booking journey and menu selection.

 

About you

 

If you have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2-3 years' experience working within F&B, and a keen interest in Revenue Management, then this could be the role for you.

 

You will ensure full technical understanding and optimal use of dining reservations platform, F&B BI tool and financial reporting, and understand the dynamics of each restaurant including the customer profile, booking patterns, and booking journey and menu selection. Attending daily briefing with Revenue Management to discuss selling strategies, business on the books, booking patterns and availability opportunities will be another key part of the role. You will also conduct twice a day availability check on all distribution channels (brand website, mobile app, 3rd party sites), as well as communicate daily selling strategy to Restaurant Reservations to drive bookings into need periods and available venues and time slots.
