About the Role
As a Revenue Analyst, you will support the hotel's revenue strategy through reporting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and market research. You will analyse booking trends, monitor market performance and competitor activity, prepare regular revenue reports, and assist with budget and forecasting processes. Working closely with the Revenue team, you will help identify revenue opportunities, improve reporting and business processes, and maximise hotel performance through the effective use of revenue management systems and distribution channels.
About You
You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in revenue management, business analytics, or commercial strategy role, preferably in the hotel industry. You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using systems such as STR, Opera PMS, Revenue Management software, and BI tools is preferred. A good understanding of data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring is also essential.
