With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager - Corporate and MICE to join One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai. With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our clients where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) within the hotel. The MICE Manager will work closely with various departments to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for guests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have MICE and Corporate experience in U.A.E with a proven record of active clients, both locally and internationally.
  • Ability to travel internationally, mainly to Europe but other destinations too.
  • It is a pro-active MICE and Corporate role, requiring minimal operational experience.

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements.
  • Identifying new prospect accounts and developing those into key accounts through sales calls, entertainment etc.
  • Provide clients with detailed proposals and quotations.
  • Conduct site inspections and client meetings.
  • Follow up with clients post-event for feedback and future business opportunities.

 

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract MICE and Corporate business along with the team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the hotel’s MICE services.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets for MICE and Corporate.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in group and corporate sales in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Opera.
  • UAE driving license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage budget.
