About the Role
As a Server at Pool Deck, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a vibrant outdoor environment. You will welcome guests, take orders accurately, recommend menu items, and ensure all requests are handled promptly and professionally. Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams, you will create memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will help create an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests throughout their visit.
About You
The ideal candidate has previous experience in a restaurant, pool, beach club, or luxury hospitality environment and is passionate about providing outstanding guest service. You are confident, energetic, and enjoy interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds. With strong communication skills and a positive attitude, you can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism at all times. A team-oriented approach, excellent grooming standards, and the ability to anticipate guest needs will contribute to your success in this role.
