About the Role
As a Sommelier at Nobu, you will play a key role in curating exceptional wine experiences that complement Nobu's world-renowned dining concept. You will be responsible for recommending wine pairings, maintaining and expanding wine knowledge, managing the wine inventory, and delivering personalized service to guests. Working closely with the restaurant team, you will help create memorable dining experiences while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest engagement.
About You
You are passionate about wines and possess a strong understanding of wine regions, varietals, vintages, and pairing techniques. You have previous experience as a Sommelier or in a luxury Food & Beverage environment, with the confidence to engage guests and provide expert recommendations. You are personable, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. A certification in wine studies is preferred, and your dedication to exceptional guest service and continuous learning makes you an excellent fit for the Nobu team.
