With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic seasonal opportunity for a Spa Reservations and Reception Agent to join our Spa Team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai.
As part of our continued global growth, you will play a pivotal role in delivering memorable guest experiences that reflect the elegance and excellence of our brand. Beyond providing a warm welcome, your role will contribute to the success of the Spa through outstanding guest service, relationship-building, and supporting the commercial objectives of the resort, including retail sales, upselling, and cross-promotion of our business offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a consistently exceptional level of guest service in line with One&Only brand standards.
- Actively promote spa services and retail products, driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure seamless coordination with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey.
- Maintain a well-organized and welcoming reception area, managing bookings, guest records, and inquiries efficiently.
- Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or five-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge and passion for the health, wellness, and beauty sector.
- Energetic, creative, and flexible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in computer systems and relevant spa software.
- Previous experience in the Middle East/GCC region is preferred.
