About The Role

 

Atlantis, Dubai, is a truly extraordinary, intriguing, and unique entertainment destination, and we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our amazing Front Services team at Atlantis, The Palm! At Atlantis, The Palm, we strive to create a destination experience that is not only unforgettable throughout each guest stay, but where amazing and everlasting memories are created!

Then we need your skills as a Team leader to join our team of professionals today! Our Front Services team is led by hospitality industry experts who will guide and train you in this exciting career. You will have excellent customer service skills, willing to advising guests on their needs, and enjoy delivering a great experience from your heart within a busy, high-profile, luxury environment. 

The Team Leader, Front Services must demonstrate a clear passion for guest service and a willingness to be highly visible front of house so you can lead the teams to success.  You will assist the Assistant Manager and Manager run the operation while updating and training all colleagues on their technical and service delivery skills and processes to an internationally recognized five-star standard at all time. You will assist and oversee service providers utilization, health and safety as customer satisfaction standards and assist manage the Front Door, Bell Services, and Transportation daily operations.

 

About You

It is essential that you have previous experience within a five-star hotel or resort environment or alternatively, prior work history in Front Office, Guest Relations, Club Lounge, or similar luxury service environment. Immaculate personal presentation, enthusiasm, positivity immaculate grooming along with a fluency in English is mandatory. Additional languages are desirable
