You will have excellent customer service skills, willing to advising guests on their needs, and enjoy delivering a great experience from your heart within a busy, high-profile, luxury environment. 

The Team Leader, Front Services must demonstrate a clear passion for guest service and a willingness to be highly visible front of house so you can lead the teams to success.  You will assist the Assistant Manager and Manager run the operation while updating and training all colleagues on their technical and service delivery skills and processes to an internationally recognized five-star standard at all time. You will assist and oversee service providers utilization, health and safety as customer satisfaction standards and assist manage the Front Door, Bell Services, and Transportation daily operations.

It is essential that you have previous experience within a five-star hotel or resort environment or alternatively, prior work history in Front Office, Guest Relations, Club Lounge, or similar luxury service environment. Immaculate personal presentation, enthusiasm, positivity, immaculate grooming and a higher than average physical fitness level is essential in this role along with a fluency in English is mandatory. Additional languages are desirable.
