About the role
As a Team Leader, Housekeeping, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Housekeeping department by leading and motivating a team of attendants to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service standards. You will oversee the day-to-day allocation of tasks, conduct room and public area inspections, and ensure all assigned areas are maintained in accordance with the resort's quality standards and operating procedures.
About you
You have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. A degree in Hotel Management or a high school diploma would be advantageous. You are computer literate, with strong administrative capabilities and leadership skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
