About the Role

As an In-Room Dining Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests within the comfort of their rooms and suites. You will lead, motivate, and support the In-Room Dining team, ensuring service is delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with the highest luxury hospitality standards. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with the kitchen and other departments, handle guest requests, and ensure every order is prepared, delivered, and presented to perfection. Your passion for service excellence and attention to detail will contribute to creating memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations.

About You

The ideal candidate is a passionate hospitality professional with minimum 2 years previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably within a luxury hotel environment. You possess strong leadership and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and are committed to delivering outstanding guest service. You have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the confidence to lead and develop a high-performing team. A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike are essential to success in this role.
