About The Role 

  • Responsible for overseeing food and beverage service on the floor. 

  • Making sure the seven-room floor plan and guest preferences are updated. 

  • Maintain professional internal/external guest service. 

  • Greet the guests, explain the concept, and seat the guest at their preferred table. 

  • Provide hands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure the highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests. 

  • Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. 

  • Consistently monitor Food and Beverages being served and service quality, escalating any major problems/complaints to Management 

  • Ensure that all outlet processes adhere to all food hygiene regulations and procedures. 

  • Any other duties as assigned. 

  • Tracking inventory levels and stock availability using inventory management software 

  • Making sure all the sections are fully. 

  • Contribute to a positive food safety culture and comply with the O&O FSMS & Codex HACCP and Dubai Municipality food safety requirements.  

  • Ensure honesty and integrity in the way tasks are executed and records maintained.  

  • Report immediately to the immediate supervisor on any concerns that may be observed or realized which may affect food safety.  

  • Maintain an interest in food safety matters, actively participate in food safety training and be aware of all the control measures and record keeping for which they are directly responsible.   

  • Conducting periodic audits to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies. 

 

About You

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills 

  • Committed to and passionate about the food and beverage industry 

  • Willing to work flexible hours
