About The Role
As a Team Leader, you will assist in managing and training the delivery and bringing the myth of Atlantis to life using professional, interpersonal, confidence and knowledge skills. Also, shares information and conservation efforts on all aquatic species of Lost Chambers and other marine habitats. You will be responsible in the overseeing daily operations.
About You
You will have had at least a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and being a supervisor. You should have a passion and strong interest in Marine life and enjoy guest interaction. The ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals is essential.
You will enjoy working with a diverse group of people and also contributes to a positive team spirit. You must have the ability to perform at high levels consistently and under pressure as well as being able to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly.
To be successful in this role, an individual must have excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and be well versed in Galaxy Ticketing system.
