About the Job.

 The Connectivity Agent are responsible for any internal and external calls and emails, being a conection betwen guests and any other department in the resort including Butlers, F&B, Maintenance, Housekeeper, etc. Take and capture all guest requests and efficiently communicate to the appropriate departments via radio, Alice software, phone, Message Hub or email, and monitor the request through to successful completion.
The Guest Experience Agent is responsible for the pre-arrival experience of our guests by creating itineraries and making any reservation as per guest request in accordance with brand standards. Lastly, Guest Experience Agents have a high sense of customer service, communication, fluent in English (written and spoken), and  working under pressure


About You.

Advance level in computer skills,  including Microsoft Office systems, 7 Rooms, OPERA, SAGA and ALICE , Ability to type at high speed and in a professional manner is highly required, Male /Female, Bachelor in tourism of administration, 1 year experience in hotel busines as a minimum, Bilingual English /Spanish, genera knowledge or experience in Concierge position, Well organized, Multitask, Great interpersonal skills, Analitics, Service Oriented.
