Greet and welcome guests, providing a positive, friendly attitude and world-class service. Check-in guests upon arrival for their scheduled appointments, ensuring compliance with each of the O&O Mandarina Spa standards. Promote the philosophy of the spa, book appointments with the aim of selling all possible spaces and promote the sale of products from the spa boutique.
