About the job.

Responsible for department operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Monitoring monthly training goals by department

 

  • Responsible for identifying training needs and creating or obtaining courses that meet the identified needs

 

  • Responsible for the process and monitoring of external and internal internships

 

  • Maintain contact with local, national, and international universities. Act as the first contact and filter for accepting students for their professional internships at the graduate or undergraduate level.

 

  • Teaching corporate courses

 

  • In conjunction with the Learning & Development Manager, teach the Joy Orientation induction course for new employees.

 

  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and award events

 

  • Monitoring the employee certification process

 

  • Organization of departmental meetings

 

  • Organization of thematic focus groups to understand employee needs

 

  • Monitoring of action plans for:

 

  • Engagement Survey

 

  • Performance Evaluation

 

About you.

  • Minimum 2-year experience in same position
  • Bachelore degree in Psychology Tourism, Business
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills essential
  • Strong Communication Skills required
  • Strong attention to detail essential
  • Spoken and written English / Spanish is an advantage
  • Word, Excel, Opera, Canva
  • Dynamic
