About the Job.
The Doorman's primary responsibilities include coordinating Arrivals in terms of guest and visitor service, assisting guests during arrivals and departures, and coordinating taxi and external transportation requests.
They also maintain constant communication with the Bell Staff to coordinate luggage delivery to guests upon departure.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Opens the door and welcomes guests and visitors upon arrival.
• Assists ladies with their handbags or other items they are carrying.
• Assists guests and visitors with parking their cars and opens their doors upon departure.
• Coordinates external transportation for guests with off-site activities.
• Coordinates taxi requests for guests and visitors, ensuring the driver is informed of their destinations and clarifies the service price.
• They interact with guests and visitors, offering a pleasant experience while they wait for their transportation.
• For guests arriving by car, they provide directions and/or maps to ensure a smooth arrival at their destinations.
• They assist in the Valet Parking area with parking vehicles.
• They help coordinate golf cart requests to guest rooms or restaurants.
• They support the Front Desk with the check-in process.
• They coordinate vehicle entry and exit with the security gate.
• They coordinate guest departures, verifying the amount of luggage and the corresponding transportation.
• They follow up on guest departure requests, directing them to the appropriate departments.
About you.
- Customer service experience.
• English proficiency - minimum 80%.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire for professional growth.
• Minimum time required to master the position: 1 to 3 months.
• Professional appearance.
• Disciplined.
• Flexible schedule.
