About the Job
As a IT Specialist you are responsible to assist the IT Manager in the proper control administration and all sistems, devices and equipment of the Resort
Is also responsible of overview the correct use of equiipment and systems by the colleages and the correct maintenance of hardware.
Responsabilities
- Assist the IT Manager in all the requirements
- Daily review of servers and equipment devises
- Daily review of TV network
- On time assistance to guest and colleages needs
- To set all IT requirements for groups and events
- Review audio systems in outlets and public areas within the Resort
- Maintenance of computer and printer divises conected to internal network
- Review of backup system
- Mantain inventory of computers and users updates
- Review of servers de servidores durante el fin de semana.
- Oversees servers functionality during weekend
- To apply and promote IT policy and procedures properly
About you
- 2 years experience as a minimum in a similar position
- Bachelor in Engirery of systems or similar
- Bilingüal English/Spanish
- Knowledge and good practices in IT
- Strong administrative skills
- Knowledge about CCTV, IPTV, IP Telephony and Networking
- Knoledge and use of Opera, Alice and Simphony Systems
- Analytic
- Problem solving skills
- Great communication skills
