About the Job
Ensures daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment. Provides information to guests about all available amenities and recreational activities. Ensures an adequate supply of towels and water is available to guests.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Welcome guests to the facility and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Provide the resort's amenities and activities in a professional and friendly manner.
• Oversees daily cleaning and maintenance of the fitness area.
• Ensures an adequate supply of towels and water is available to guests at all times.
• Exchanges guests' towels for clean/dry ones as required.
• Ensures all equipment is checked for damage.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area throughout the day.
• Deliver towels used by guests to laundry.
• Maintains cleanliness of all equipment.
• Attend all department meetings and scheduled training when required.
• Any other activities arising from your position.
About you
• Dynamic personality and ease of public speaking.
• Initiative to invite and carry out physical activities.
• Be an orderly and organized person.
• Experience
• Preferably 2 years as an Activities Agent.
• Preferably having worked in Luxury and Ultra-Luxury Hotels.
• Required education
• Minimum education of high school or high school.
• Advanced conversational English.
