About the job.
Coordinate therapist services, assuring those services delivered with ethics and effectiveness base in the best practices. Training and supervision of therapist staff and support staff; elaborate the paperwork for therapist process. As a Lead Therapist you are responsible to guarantee that all the spa therapists do all the services offer in Spa with the highest standards and procedures establish by the company. Overview service sequence established for therapist , assure that the equipment and supplies are complete and perfect conditions, to train the therapist to increase productivity and product sales, to train therapist in FORBES and LQA standards, Promote positive image with the staff members and guests, Follow up to therapist goals, overview and follow up of weakly inventory, Scheduling therapist shifts , to manage commissions payments for therapists .
About you.
- Male/Female
- Minimum 2 years of experience in same position
- Knowledge about computer software (word, excel , opera, spa soft)
- Englis proficiency intermediate
