About the job.

As a Learning and Development Manager you will have the ability to communicate with the managers to identify learning needs and make development plans for the colleagues within the Resort. Responsible for administration, design, develop, conduct and coordinate corporate training programs or any other according to the training needs detection.

Coordinate and elaborate learning detection needs process

Elaborate learning plan with internal and corporate trainings , organized dates, materials, equipment and coordinate with Resort departments for control and followups.

Create learning materials for diferent areas and departments.

Elaborate learning reports 

 

About you.

  • Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager.
  • Worked in luxury and ultraluxury Resort brands preferable.
  • Bilingual skills English/Spanish.
  • Knowledge of FORBES, LQA y FSMS Standards.
  • Creation of material and training courses for adults.
  • Ease of speaking in public and teaching courses.
  • Preparation, organization and coordination of different types of events.
  • Strong proficiency in Office y Abrhil Software desired.
  • Knowledge of legal matters related training programs and productivity.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferable in areas such as: Administration, Tourism or Psychology.
