About the role 
The Agent of Guest activities manages efficiently and professionally all the activities like Running, Swimming ,Biking and general Sports activities. Provide assistance to guests considering their needs and preferences. Always keep an attitude of cooperation and collaboration to ensure the development of the objectives of the resort and the company as well as guest’s satisfaction. 


Key Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely. 
  • Private and group sessions taking in to consideration the guest needs and preferences. 
  • Provide daily care at equipment of indoor and outdoor areas 
  • Ensure efficient communication with your manager and other department to complete any special requests or services required by the guest. 
  • Maintain polite and professional interpersonal relationship with both colleagues and guests 
  • Under the direction of the direct responsible leader, plan workflow and capacity for the team to ensure optimum manning distribution throughout the daily operations and proper guest service coverage 
  • Ensure compliance with all brand standards, OO markers, quality standards, and SOP 
  • Demonstrate an ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy 
  • Provide additional assistance when requested from the management team or colleagues. 


Skills, Experience, & Educational Requirements  

  • Degree at Department of Physical Education and Sports Science or Private Certified College
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in same or similar position 
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Good interpersonal relationship
  • Positive attitude
