The One&Only Aesthesis Christmas Market is seeking a Retail Agent who can elevate the guest journey and deliver a seamless, high-touch retail experience throughout the festive season. This role operates at the heart of our holiday activation, supporting a dynamic environment where service excellence and brand storytelling are paramount.
The Retail Agent will be responsible for driving the day-to-day retail operations within the market. This includes welcoming guests, curating an engaging product showcase, and ensuring each interaction reflects the signature standards of One&Only. The position requires an agile mindset, as the market environment is fast paced and highly guest-centric, with continuous opportunities to anticipate needs and enhance the overall atmosphere.
Core responsibilities encompass managing transactions, maintaining visual merchandising, replenishing stock, and safeguarding the accuracy of inventory flows. The Retail Agent will also support promotional activities, proactively communicate product features, and uphold the operational rhythm required during peak holiday traffic.
Success in this role hinges on a refined service orientation, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. Candidates should bring prior experience in retail or hospitality, a polished presentation, and the ability to operate with professionalism under pressure. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the Christmas Market runs across extended hours during the festive period.
