About the role
Housekeeping Attendant’s primary responsibility is to provide quality service in all Guest Rooms as per the SOP. Housekeeping Attendant must demonstrate genuine concern for Guests while ensuring friendly, safe, efficient and professional service. In order to consistently exceed Guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

• Exceed Guest expectations of Housekeeping services, responsible for the cleanliness of Guest rooms, by ensuring that rooms and all other spaces are cleaned in accordance with the require any of One&Only Aesthesis  standards.  
• Responsible for deep cleanliness of Guest rooms and venues in any assigned section. 
• Ensure that all scheduled arrival rooms are ready at time specified. 
• Ensure supplies, amenities and linens are replenished as per standard. 
• Ensure that equipment is always clean, presentable, well maintained and in good repair 
• Ensure that all dispensers are always refilled i.e. toilet paper, toilet seat paper covers, hand sanitizer, hand lotion, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap etc... 
• To assist with any other duties as required by the Executive Housekeeper or another member of the management team. 

Skills, experience and educational requirements  

• Strong knowledge of cleaning supplies and procedures
• Strong ability to follow verbal instructions 
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision 
• Previous cleaning experience may be an advantage, but not generally required 
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and managers 
• Be ready for flexible schedule 
• Strong knowledge of all Hotel facilities, their service and working hours 
• Mantain posiive attitude and body language at all time

Κύρια ευθύνη της καμαριέρας είναι να παρέχει ποιοτικές υπηρεσίες σε όλα τα δωμάτια των επισκεπτών σύμφωνα με τα SOP. Η καμαριέρα χρειάζεται να ενδιαφέρεται για τους επισκέπτες, εξασφαλίζοντας παράλληλα φιλική, ασφαλή, αποτελεσματική και επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση. Προκειμένου να παρέχει τα υψηλότερα επίπεδα προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών, ενδέχεται να ανατεθούν πρόσθετα καθήκοντα και ευθύνες ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες.

Βασικά καθήκοντα και αρμοδιότητες 

• Είναι υπεύθυνοι για την καθαριότητα των δωματίων των επισκεπτών, διασφαλίζοντας ότι τα δωμάτια και όλοι οι άλλοι χώροι καθαρίζονται σύμφωνα με τα απαιτούμενα πρότυπα του One&Only Aesthesis.  
• Είναι υπεύθυνοι για τη βαθιά καθαριότητα των δωματίων των επισκεπτών και των χώρων σε κάθε τμήμα που τους έχει ανατεθεί. 
• Να διασφαλίζει ότι όλα τα δωμάτια προγραμματισμένων αφίξεων είναι έτοιμα την καθορισμένη ώρα. 
• Να διασφαλίζει ότι οι προμήθειες, οι ανέσεις και τα λευκά είδη αναπληρώνονται σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα. 
• Να διασφαλίζει ότι ο εξοπλισμός είναι πάντα καθαρός, ευπαρουσίαστος, καλά συντηρημένος και σε καλή κατάσταση 
• Να διασφαλίζει ότι όλα τα δοχεία είναι πάντα επαναγεμισμένα, π.χ. χαρτί τουαλέτας, καλύμματα χαρτιού τουαλέτας, απολυμαντικό χεριών, λοσιόν χεριών, αφρόλουτρο, σαμπουάν, σαπούνι χεριών κ.λπ. 
• Να βοηθάει σε οποιαδήποτε άλλα καθήκοντα απαιτούνται από τον Executive Housekeeper ή άλλο μέλος της ομάδας διαχείρισης.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα

• Γνώση των προμηθειών και των διαδικασιών καθαρισμού
• Ικανότητα να ακολουθεί οδηγίες 
• Ικανότητα αυτόνομης εργασίας χωρίς άμεση επίβλεψη 
• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στον καθαρισμό αποτελεί πλεονέκτημα 
• Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας με τους επισκέπτες, τους συναδέλφους και τους διευθυντές 
• Ευελιξία για εργασία σε βάρδιες
• Γνώση όλων των εγκαταστάσεων του ξενοδοχείου, των υπηρεσιών και των ωρών εργασίας τους 
• Διατήρηση θετικής διάθεσης
