About the role
Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of pools and fountains, keeping of good water quality, maintenance of pool technique, transporting and storing of pool chemicals, daily on-site inspections, interventions, and reporting. Ensuring that safety measures are followed.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily inspecting of all the pools and fountains.
- Daily inspecting of all pools’ machinery rooms and pump stations
- Daily testing of pool water quality.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of chemicals, parts, and supplies as needed. Transporting and storing of pool chemicals
- Monitoring of water and chemicals consumptions on daily base and report immediately if any deviation is noted
- Performs cleaning of swimming pools and fountains - vacuuming, brushing, removing of leaves.
- To follow preventive maintenance calendar and to ensure that all activities are performed accordingly.
- To be familiar with safety standards and legal requirements and to followed them in daily activities.
- Any and all other duties as assigned by superiors.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Good technical knowledge
- Experience in pool maintenance, of commercial or private pools
- Good spoken and written English
- Computer literate
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to read and interpret technical schemas and manuals
- Good problem-solving ability

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες
- Καθημερινή επιθεώρηση όλων των πισινών και των σιντριβανιών.
- Καθημερινή επιθεώρηση όλων των μηχανοστασίων και των αντλιοστασίων των πισινών.
- Καθημερινός έλεγχος της ποιότητας του νερού των πισινών.
- Υπεύθυνος για την παραγγελία και τη διατήρηση αποθέματος χημικών ουσιών, ανταλλακτικών και προμηθειών ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες. Μεταφορά και αποθήκευση των χημικών ουσιών της πισίνας.
- Παρακολούθηση των καταναλώσεων νερού και χημικών σε καθημερινή βάση και άμεση αναφορά εάν διαπιστωθεί οποιαδήποτε απόκλιση.
- Πραγματοποίηση του καθαρισμού των πισινών και των σιντριβανιών - σκούπισμα με ηλεκτρική σκούπα, βούρτσισμα, απομάκρυνση των φύλλων.
- Να ακολουθεί το ημερολόγιο προληπτικής συντήρησης και να διασφαλίζει ότι όλες οι δραστηριότητες εκτελούνται αναλόγως.
- Να γνωρίζει τα πρότυπα ασφαλείας και τις νομικές απαιτήσεις και να τα ακολουθεί στις καθημερινές του δραστηριότητες.
- Διεκπεραίωση κάθε άλλου καθήκοντος που του ανατίθεται από τους προϊσταμένους.
Απαραίτητα προσόντα
- Καλές τεχνικές γνώσεις
- Εμπειρία στη συντήρηση πισινών, εμπορικών ή ιδιωτικών πισινών
- Καλή προφορική και γραπτή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Γνώση Η/Υ
- Ικανότητα ομαδικής εργασίας
- Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης και ερμηνείας τεχνικών σχημάτων και εγχειριδίων
- Καλή ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων
