About the role
The Sales Executive ensures that all assigned duties are carried out daily in a timely manner, coordinates all fam trips and site inspections received within the department ensuring proper follow up in accordance with the policies and procedures set by One&Only and Aesthesis Athens. Also ensures that all the sales requests are met on time and proper records are maintained daily. 


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides full secretarial support activities for the Sales team, including handling correspondence, creating and maintaining various filing / records / database, tracing pending issues and following up as appropriate, screening telephone calls and organizing appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinates client visits, including the preparation of all required collateral, and when required, assist the sales team conducting sales calls.
  • Acts with a degree of independence as liaison with both internal and external clients.  Handle clients’ requests and complaints as appropriate. 
  • Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meetings, compiling contracts, writing reports, maintaining a logbook of activities and other specific duties related to the role.
  • Maintain and updates records of all tour operator communication, contracts, production.
  • Maintains and assists with VIP gifts and Sales collateral inventories and arrangements in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Sales or Account Director of Sales.    

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements 

  • University/college degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality or related field
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in Greek and English 
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge in computer operation (Outlook, Microsoft office, and ideal PMS) 
  • Sales oriented individual 
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
