Job Summary
The F&B administrator provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage at One&Only Aesthesis. This role ensures efficient operation of the department by handling administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering a positive working environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
•    Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage.
•    Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
•    Maintain accurate filing systems, especially for confidential documents related to the Food & Beverage department.
•    Handle all administrative work efficiently and proactively.
•    Coordinate communications and correspondence for the Director of Food and Beverage.
•    Ensure effective communication within the Food & Beverage department and with other departments.
•    Practice proper telephone etiquette with colleagues and resort guests.
•    Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage.
•    Constantly suggesting new creative ideas for the improvement of operations in the Food & Beverage department.
•    Support employee welfare concerns and career development/succession plans.
•    Assist in orientation and training for new employees in the Food & Beverage department.
•    Participated in team events and required training related to the job.
•    Maintain confidentiality of all resort information.
•    Adhere to company policies, procedures, and statutory hygiene standards.
•    Ensure all activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with Greek law.
•    Maintain highest levels of personal hygiene, appearance, and grooming as per One&Only standards.
•    Project a favorable image of One&Only Aesthesis and One&Only Resorts always.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements  
•    Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
•    Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
•    Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
•    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
•    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
•    Knowledge of food and beverage operations and terminology is advantageous.
•    Familiarity with employee welfare and training programs.
•    Understanding of health, safety, and emergency procedures.
•    Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
