About the Role
Manages and ensures the smooth running of the Kids Club. The Kids Club is responsible for the well - being of the participating children by providing highly personalized, efficient and responsive service during operating hours of the Kids Club. Implements programs introduced by the management and carry out all activities / programs. Duties also include supervising, directing, assisting and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of Kids Club and its surroundings.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures Kids Club representative is present at arrivals and departures to greet child/guests.
- Ensure all necessary welcome/invitation letters/cards, introduction letters and complimentary arrival kits are always available and ready at appropriate times, according to Kids Club Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensures that Standard Operation Procedures for all activities and excursions are exercised and practiced at all times.
- Supervises and co-ordinates all beach and non – beach activities, programs, excursions on or off the premises
- Ensures all necessary registration forms and monthly participation reports are neatly compiled and submitted to the Resort Manager.
- Reports feedbacks to his/her respective Division Head on likes and dislikes of children with regards to the activities and programs implemented.
- Participates in training programs, Life Saving Program and First Aid classes.
- Constantly develops new activities and ideas to conduct activities better and in a more exciting approach.
- Welcomes, greets and assists guests with any requests, enquiries and directions.
- Reports to duty on time, dressed in the issued uniform, and groomed as described in the resort’s grooming standards.
- Represents, promotes, and up sells One&Only Aesthesis at all times and to the best of his/her abilities.
- Ensures that all Kids Club areas, within the assigned section, are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Looks after guests, who need special attention with utmost care, accuracy and tolerance.
- Maintains inter department relations and communication to achieve synergy within the department and the resort.
- Abides by resort’s rules and regulations and ensures that subordinates abide by them as well.
- Is responsible for inventory of all the items in the Kids Club.
- Attends inter-departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Shares knowledge and skills with his/her subordinates.
- Ensures that all Kids Club Team Members follow safety rules and operating procedures.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Minimum 2 year experience in the similar role.
- English Professional Proficiency, convertational and written.
- Should have a bachelor’s degree or masters is essential.
- Sound knowledge and experience in program strategies for kids
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Should have excellent leadership skills and able to manage diverse teams.
- Should be flexible and have a positive attitude.
- Confident in interacting with guests.
