Job Summary
The Attendant Pubic Area primary responsibility is to provide quality service in all Guest Pubic Area that exceeds Guest’s expectations. The Attendant Public Area must demonstrate genuine concern for Guests while ensuring friendly, safe, efficient and professional service. In order to consistently exceed Guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Exceed Guest expectations of housekeeping services, responsible for the cleanliness of Public area by ensuring that Public area are cleaned in accordance with the required standards.
- Responsible for deep cleanliness of public area in the assigned section.
- Meticulously adhere to the standard operating procedures pertaining to cleaning, sanitization and set up in public area.
- General and deep cleaning of toilets, corridors, trolleys, pantries and caddies as per the standard procedures.
- Responsible of setting up and maintaining the cleanliness of site inspection public area each day.
- Complete daily and evening service according to the schedule created by the Housekeeping management.
- Develop a positive working relationship with all colleagues and departments to facilitate a team-oriented atmosphere.
- To assist with any other duties as required by the Director or another member of the management team.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Strong knowledge of cleaning supplies and procedures
- Strong ability to follow verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Previous cleaning experience may be an advantage, but not generally required
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and managers
- Be ready for flexible schedule
- Strong knowledge of all Hotel facilities, their service and working hours
- Maintain positive attitude and body language at all time
