Role Overview
Manko at One&Only Aesthesis is seeking a dynamic and culturally attuned PR & Entertainment Manager to elevate brand presence and curate exceptional guest experiences. This role sits at the intersection of public relations, brand storytelling, and entertainment programming, ensuring Manko remains a leading destination for luxury lifestyle, gastronomy, and nightlife in Athens. The successful candidate will drive strategic visibility, build influential partnerships, and oversee a vibrant entertainment calendar aligned with the brand’s identity.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Brand Positioning
Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to strengthen Manko’s positioning within the local and international luxury hospitality landscape. Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and key opinion leaders to secure high-impact coverage and collaborations. Manage press releases, media visits, and brand communications in alignment with One&Only standards.
Entertainment Programming & Guest Experience
Design and implement a compelling entertainment strategy, including DJs, live performances, and signature events that reflect Manko’s global identity. Ensure seamless execution of all entertainment activations, maintaining a high-energy yet refined atmosphere that enhances the guest journey.
Partnerships & Networking
Identify and foster strategic partnerships with brands, artists, agencies, and cultural stakeholders to expand reach and enhance brand equity. Act as a brand ambassador within Athens’ social and luxury ecosystem.
Event Planning & Execution
Lead the planning and delivery of high-profile events, launches, and private functions. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution and brand consistency.
Digital Presence & Content Alignment
Collaborate with marketing teams to align PR efforts with digital storytelling, ensuring cohesive messaging across social media and online platforms. Support content creation initiatives tied to events and brand moments.
Performance Monitoring
Track and evaluate PR and entertainment initiatives through defined KPIs, including media coverage, audience engagement, and event performance. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
A creative and well-connected professional with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality, lifestyle branding, and entertainment trends. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in PR, entertainment, or event management within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or nightlife sectors. Strong network within media, influencer, and entertainment industries, particularly within Athens or key international markets. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and guest experience. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
